At Boca del Toro Carrillo, we want to make your life as easy as possible. We can provide a turnkey service for construction of your home. You give us the general idea of the floor plan and the look you want and our planners and architects will take it from there. We will give you a contract price and take care of all the construction details sending you photos and videos so you can see the building in progress. When the construction is finished, you just pick up the keys and move into your dream home.

Personal Tour
Our services are available to you from the time you land in Costa Rica. We can arrange to meet you at the Airport to help you with any needs you might have.
We are not a travel agency, however we can help you coordinate transportation and excursions while you are in Costa Rica.
We will personally show you the properties of Boca del Toro Carrillo and explain how everything works as far as property ownership. It is very similar to the United States in that properties are fee simple and titled to the owner in the Costa Rican Registry.
If you choose to purchase a property we can help you with any decisions pertinent to your purchase.
Construction
We have been living, developing and building in Costa Rica for more than 20 years. Our experience is invaluable when it comes to getting things done here. We have a network of professionals to assist you.
If you want to build right away there are building incentives in the form of cash rebates for completing construction within 18 months of your closing date. In any case we make the construction process very easy for you. You may be as active as you wish or you can simply let us do it for you.
We have Architects, Engineers, and Builders who can make sure you get quality construction at a very reasonable price. You can provide us with a rough sketch of your idea of how the house should look and our Architect will give you various choices of detailed drawings to choose from. You make any changes you want and he will provide a complete set of plans ready for construction. We will build your house for you, sending you photos and videos on a regular basis so you can see the progress. When the house is finished we hand you the keys. It is our goal to make it easy for you.
You are not required to use our construction company to build your house if you purchase in Boca del Toro. You may choose anyone you wish to build your house for you.

Our team of professionals include: Lawyers, Architects, Engineers, Builders, Accountants, International tax experts, Bankers and other advisors and consultants.

Property management
We provide a complete property management service for residents of Boca del Toro Carrillo.
If you only plan to be in Costa Rica part of the year we will pay your bills for you and take care of everything while you are away. You will never have to worry about your property here.
If you plan to rent your home while you are away, we can check your guests in and out and show them everything they need to know. We will tend to their needs to be sure they have a great experience so that they become repeat customers for your property.
For you and your guest we have at your disposal, Housekeepers, Gardeners, Cooks, Maintenance personnel, Pool maintenance, Tour guides, Taxi service, and concierges.
Living in Costa Rica
People often have concerns at first when thinking of living in a different country. What will it be like living and investing in Costa Rica? We take all of the guess work out of it for you. Ask us anything and we will give you straight and honest answers. No place is perfect but Costa Rica is the closest we have found. The cost of living in Costa Rica is whatever you want it to be. If you do not require a lot of luxury it can cost you much less than living in the United States or Europe. Taxes, Construction, labor cost and many other things cost less in Costa Rica. Other things like automobiles cost more in Costa Rica due to a higher import tax. For sure you can live the same lifestyle that you have in United States for less in Costa Rica.
There are lots of benefits to living in Costa Rica. For example you will earn a lot more on CD’s in the Banks here. As of September 12, 2013 a 12 month CD in the United States was paying .3% per year. The same CD in US Dollars in a Costa Rica bank was earning 2.75%. That is three and one half times the US rate and is still in Dollars. The colon which is the currency in Costa Rica has been stable for many years against the dollar. CD’s in colones are paying up to 8% per year.
